Looking for a welcoming space to host your next meeting, event, or group gathering? Pride Center FXBG offers free event spaces for LGBTQ+ organizations. Support group, board meeting, or social gathering – our space is designed to foster community connection.

Our psychosocial support programs address the emotional, social, and mental challenges faced by LGBTQ individuals and their families. With evidence-based interventions and personalized care, our team is here to support you.

Gay & Bi Men’s Group

Our gay and bi men's social group offers a welcoming and supportive space for connection, fostering a sense of community while providing vital HIV prevention education. Meeting twice a month, this group combines engaging social activities with informative discussions to reduce HIV stigma and empower attendees to build meaningful relationships.

Lesbian & Bi Women’s Group

Queer Connections Program

Through regular gatherings at local queer-friendly small businesses, Queer Connections intends to increase LGBTQ+ visibility in our town while fostering strong and meaningful relationships within the community. but also familiarize attendees with supportive local establishments, creating a more inclusive environment for all and strengthening the bonds between queer individuals and allied businesses.

Free meeting and event space for LGBTQ+ groups & activities

Free for all LGBTQ organizations, Pride Center FXBG is a safe and welcoming space to host your next community event. As a community center, we have 2 different spaces available for reservation for groups, board meetings, events and more. Simply reserve your date and time on our Pride Center calendar and our staff will work with you to access the space and promote your event, if desired.

On-site resource table and drop-in space

Pride Center FXBG is open for drop-in hours Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. Local brochures and affirming resources are available in the lobby of the Pride Suite. Stop by, make yourself a cup of coffee, and curl up in our living room style Pride Suite with a good book from our small, but growing LGBTQ library. Need somewhere comfy to do some work on your computer? We also have guest WiFi access!

Pride Center FXBG is a division of FAHASS, working in tandem to make a positive impact on the health of our community. Pride Center programming not only increases queer visibility & acceptance, but also actively works to address well-known health risks for LGBTQ individuals. Through research and targeted programmatic engagement, Pride Center FXBG is here to support better overall health outcomes for the LGBTQ community, in Fredericksburg and beyond. With over 30 years of experience serving Fredericksburg, especially the LGBTQ population, Pride Center FXBG is your community hub for wraparound support.
